Refunds and Return Policies

At LuxeFrameArt, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before making your purchase to avoid any misunderstandings.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your item is delivered. If more than 30 days have passed, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the order number, the name on the receipt, and a clear photo of the item.
  • Returns are not accepted for bulk orders of 10 items or more.

To unqualify for a return:

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • The wrong size, color, or design was ordered.

  • The customer has changed their mind after receiving the item.

  • The print placement falls within our standard production tolerances.

Please double-check all order details before confirming a purchase.


2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@luxeframeart.co.uk.
We will provide you with the appropriate return address based on your item and location.

Important: Return addresses are only valid for purchases made directly from our online store. Items sent to these addresses without prior approval or not meeting return criteria will not be processed.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately by email.
  • Include your order number and a clear photo showing the issue.
  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.

We aim to respond and resolve such issues within 24 hours of receiving your email.


4. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to replace an item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to damaged, defective, or incorrect items, LuxeFrameArt will cover the cost of return shipping.
    Please contact us before returning the item so we can provide a pre-paid shipping label or alternative arrangements.

7. Cancellations

Orders begin production shortly after payment, so cancellations are often not possible once an order is paid.
