We accept returns within 30 days of your item’s delivery date. To qualify, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your order number, name on the receipt, and a clear photo of the item.
Please note: We do not accept returns for bulk orders of 10 items or more -
International orders may be subject to customs and tax fees, which are assessed by your local customs office. Unfortunately, we cannot control or predict these charges, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Before contacting us, please try the following:
- Double-check your shipping confirmation email for address errors
- Check with your local post office
- Ask neighbors if the package was left with them
If everything seems correct and your package is still missing, contact us at Email us here with your order number.
If there’s an error in your delivery address, we can resend the order, but you’ll be responsible for the shipping cost. -
Most orders take 3–7 days to fulfill, after which they’re shipped. Shipping times depend on your location:
- USA: 3–4 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

If your return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, LuxeFrameArt covers the return shipping costs. Contact us first so we can provide a pre-paid shipping label or alternative instructions.
