Most orders take 3–7 days to fulfill, after which they’re shipped. Shipping times depend on your location:

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

We partner with a global on-demand fulfillment company, so your order will ship from the facility closest to your location to ensure faster delivery.

International orders may be subject to customs and tax fees, which are assessed by your local customs office. Unfortunately, we cannot control or predict these charges, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

  • Ask neighbors if the package was left with them

 

If everything seems correct and your package is still missing, contact us at info@luxeframeart.co.uk with your order number.
If there’s an error in your delivery address, we can resend the order, but you’ll be responsible for the shipping cost.

We accept returns within 30 days of your item’s delivery date. To qualify, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide yourorder number, name on the receipt, and a clear photo of the item.
Please note: We do not accept returns for bulk orders of 10 items or more.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a clear photoshowing the issue. Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery. We aim to resolve these issues within24 hours.
