Yes. Your print or framed artwork is produced after you place your order. This allows us to maintain quality and avoid unnecessary waste.

Frames up to 50 × 70 cm, including A4 to A2, have a profile width and depth of approximately 1.5 cm.

Production normally takes 1–2 business days.

After dispatch, delivery is generally estimated to take 2–7 business days, depending on the destination. Customs processing, courier delays, public holidays and severe weather may affect these estimates.

• Your full name
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item
• Photographs of the packaging
• A photograph of the shipping or barcode label

Keep the item and all original packaging until we have reviewed your claim.
