My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

If your order has not arrived, please take the following steps:

  2. Contact your local post office to see if they have your package.
  3. Check with your neighbors to see if the courier may have left the package with them.

What if there is a mistake in my delivery address?

If you find an error in your shipping address, we can arrange to send a replacement order; however, please note that the shipping cost for the replacement will be your responsibility.
